We print on everything from porthole mesh to stretchy maternity shirts.  Our newest decorating technique is direct to garment printing, which utilizes waterbased inks printed through a highly specialized inkjet printer.  It’s perfect for small runs of photographic or multi-color prints.  For the past 35 years we have been printing and embroidering apparel for some of the biggest brands in the world with excellent quality, and we’re growing our capabilities every day.  Very few companies can be good at screen printing, and embroidery, and manual sewing operations like relabeling, locker labeling and tackle twill.  But because of our start as a team sports decorator, we are very diverse in our service offering.

Most screen prints are done with plastisol inks, which are highly vibrant, opaque and durable.  There have been some amazing breakthroughs in inks over the past five years, and as a contract screen printer, we have access to the newest high-tech inks in the marketplace.  As the corporate world “goes green” the decorating business has come right along with them.  There have been a flood of eco-friendly water based and plastisol inks into the marketplace.  The ink manufacturers now have Non-PVC, Phalate-free plastisol inks which we have used for some of our major corporate clients.  Don’t worry, we still have all the fun inks like photochromatic (changes color in sunlight), puff, high density, and metallic to add interest and “pop” to your designs.  But we also carry the eco-friendly inks too!
