Cheerleading T Shirts

If it’s all about spirit (and we all know that it is) then color is everything when you are designing cheerleading T shirts.  White is great, the basic colors are great too, but nothing jumps out like a T shirt in fabric that matches one of your primary school colors.  Are your school colors, how should we say this, ugly?  That’s okay!Cheerleading T Shirt  It becomes all about the design at that point.  My school colors were fire truck red and gold.  Very athletic, very bright, highly dominant; but not the cutest colors in the world.  Here’s my suggestion for your cheerleading t shirt designs; make your school colors look good with great design work.  If I were putting an order together for cheerleading T shirts for my alma matter, I would select either a red or gold shirt, then design a cute print with a really smart message, and then pick print colors that compliment the shirt color.  Nobody says you have to use both your colors in every piece of spiritwear.  Use one, and use it in a big way. 

Fit that Flatters

Don’t forget about all the new styles of junior-cut t shirts, along with the unisex T shirts as well.  Since many teams have a diverse group of ladies and men, it’s worth considering separate cheerleading T shirt styles for each gender.  You can use the same print to save money and promote cohesiveness, but you can pick out different style T shirts for the girls and guys so they fit properly.  The better they fit, the more excited everyone will be to wear them.  So, the next time you are putting together some cheerleading T Shirt designs, be sure to consider alternatives to the same old basic t shirt that feels like old cardboard and fits like a paper bag!Cheerleading T Shirts

Practice Gear

I should probably mention that we carry a full line of Soffe cotton shorts and Boxercraft pajama pants to compliment your next cheerleading T shirt.  The current trend for cheerleading T shirts seems to be tie-dyed shirts with basic cotton shorts.  It’s easy to stand out in a tie-dyed T shirt with your team name, and some basic shorts or PJ pants.  Yoga pants are also a hot item for cheerleading squads since they have great range of motion and flexibility, and they can easily be paired with basic cheerleading T shirts.  They are great for practicing in late October when it starts to get chilly!  Here are some cheerleading T shirt designs that we’ve hand-picked from some of our current layouts.  Keep in mind that we have a full-time design staff that can take any elements of these cheerleading T shirt designs that you like, and make them fresh and unique to your team.
