There is a tremendous value to screen printing T shirts directly with the manufacturer, instead of through a third party.  We have a much larger stake in the quality of our work.  If you buy screen printed T shirts from someone who is buying them from someone else- there is too much of a disconnect from the true stakeholder (you). Save Some Pennies

Want some advice before you buy screen printed T shirts?  If a budget is driving your project, try to keep the number of print colors low.  To screen print T shirts, we have to separate all the print colors in the design, and a film positive and silk screen need to be constructed for every print color.  A lot of labor goes into that process.  If you are ordering 12 t shirts, and your design has 10 colors- you should consider requesting a digital print instead of a silk screen print.  Also, let us know if you have a design that looks like a lot of colors, but you need to hit a budget- we can make suggestions to economize your project and still deliver beautiful screen printed T shirts that everyone will rave about.  There are also ways to get the shirts to do the talking; if you want to screen print T shirts and you can’t spend a fortune on the printing, you can always buy tie-dyed T shirts and just put a one color print on them.  Trust me, they will stand out, and your printing expense will be very low.
